Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of related work experience.
• 2 years of HR or Employee Relations investigations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/Case Management tools.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 50% and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prompt, fair investigations into sensitive employee relations issues from intake to final findings.
• Formally respond to allegations per internal processes and agencies as required.
• Debrief stakeholders with objective findings and recommended actions.
• Maintain confidences and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
