ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is hiring for a Crew Member at our Junction City location. You will provide friendly customer service, take orders, process payments, and help keep the restaurant clean and well-stocked.

This role requires basic math, reliable transportation, and punctuality in a fast-paced environment. Greet customers, handle transactions, and assist with food preparation while maintaining high hygiene standards and friendly, professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old or older and provide proof if under 18.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take orders.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.

Salary Range: $15.05 - $16.55 hourly

Position Summary

Crew Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Key duties include greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Crew members work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks eficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
