Job summary

PSA Airlines is seeking a Crew Support Desk Specialist to provide real-time logistical and administrative support for PSA flight and inflight personnel. You will act as a key liaison between Crew Scheduling, the IOC, and leadership to ensure smooth communication and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required technical skills and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with telephone conferencing and email communication.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to speak/read/write in English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support Crew Scheduling and IOC as operational point-of-contact.
• Act as first contact for notifications of operational events for crews.
• Ensure proper event notification and reporting to leadership and frontline crew.
• Coordinate contact with crew during irregular operations.
• Initiate contact to ensure crew compliance with event reporting (OOR).
• Coordinate distribution of OOR reports to the FAA as necessary.
• Review OORs and forward to base leadership in a timely manner.
• Receive, track, and disseminate crew-related compliments/complaints from Brand Protection.
• Investigate, track and record Tarmac Delay reports and other performance measures.
• Manage K2 project from an inflight perspective on delay programs.
• Provide detailed operations performance summaries and Right Start reporting.
• Daily review absences and adjust point accruals.
• Improve communication with Flight Attendants after irregular operations; liaison with other departments for safety concerns.
• Responsible for Safety Management System outputs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
