Job Summary

The General Tree Care Team is the core of our operation. These team members work together to deliver high-quality tree care, helping to maintain and preserve the health of our clients' landscapes. This role offers outdoor work and the opportunity to visit beautiful properties within your community. The team applies expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to ensure the well-being of each landscape.

This position pays between $18 and $22 per hour, depending on experience. We also provide PTO, full benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

The General Tree Care Team is essential to our success. These team members work outdoors, visiting local properties, and applying skills in climbing, pruning, and safety to support landscape health.

What a typical day involves:

1. Collaborating with the team to provide top-quality tree care services.
2. Engaging in pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree care activities.
3. Safely operating equipment and performing assigned tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidate qualities include:

• Experience with proper pruning of large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and non-native tree and shrub species, with knowledge of their characteristics.
• Understanding of tree care safety standards.
• Practical experience with chainsaw and equipment operation.
• Valid U.S. driver's license; CDL is a plus.
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket trucks).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
