We are seeking experienced, motivated, and well-rounded General Crew Members and Senior Crew Members to join our residential construction team. You’ll work alongside a close-knit crew on projects that matter—with opportunities to grow your skills and your career.

️ Open Positions:

1. General Crew Member

• Experience Required: 2+ years in general construction or remodeling
• Pay Range: $18–$25/hr based on experience

2. Senior Crew Member (Lead Carpenter)

• Experience Required: 5+ years in construction with proven trim carpentry and leadership skills
• Pay Range: $25–$35/hr based on experience

Responsibilities Include:

• Work on residential remodels and new builds in crews of 2–4 people
• Perform a variety of tasks including:
  • Trim carpentry (doors, baseboards, crown molding, etc.)
  • Kitchen cabinet assembly and installation
  • Drywall hanging and finishing
  • Texture matching and repair
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • LVP, engineered wood and tile flooring and wall tile installation

• Follow daily work scopes and project plans
• Load, unload, and maintain jobsite tools and materials
• Practice proper safety procedures and site cleanliness at all times
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• For Senior Crew Members: Lead day-to-day crew operations, mentor junior staff, ensure quality control

Requirements:

• Proficiency in trim carpentry and multi-trade general remodeling
• Hands-on experience with cabinet installation and residential finishes
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in active jobsite environments
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and work ethic
• Reliable transportation to job sites (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Clean criminal background
• English proficiency required, bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
