Marco's Pizza Shift Leader (Longwood) - Part-time position at our Longwood location. We are hiring Crew Member and Shift Leader candidates. Base pay range: $13.00/hr - $17.00/hr. Pay range provided by Marco's Pizza (Marco's Franchising, LLC). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Be professional with all Marco's Pizza customers and promptly handle customer concerns by delighting each customer.
• Willing to open or close according to Marco's Pizza standards, including counting nightly inventory and cash control.
• Willing to be coached to higher management levels and to perform all Marco's Pizza Shift Management functions and store operations.
• Willing to perform and uphold Marco's Pizza daily cleaning duties.
• Willing to maintain a safe and organized restaurant for employees and customers.
