Record-A-Hit Entertainment (RAH) is a full-service party rental equipment provider specializing in entertaining people at corporate, high school, college, private residential, and trade show events. Established in 1986 by Rob Broms, RAH initially focused on karaoke as it gained popularity. Over time, the company expanded to include inflatables, portable roller-skating rinks, rides, photo booths, arcade games, and over 350 unique attractions. RAH has built a reputation as an ethical, fun, and dependable company serving communities, schools, individuals, park districts, villages, and corporations. Our offices and warehouse are located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, and we serve clients nationwide.

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Crew Members to join our team for off-site events. The role involves starting the day at our warehouse, loading vehicles, setting up, supervising, and tearing down entertainment attractions at various events. This position requires physical strength, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, nights, and sometimes out-of-state travel.

This is a seasonal position with primary work from April to November. Our busiest seasons are summer and winter holidays.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely transport and set up entertainment attractions, including inflatable games, arcade machines, and interactive experiences.
2. Ensure all equipment is properly assembled and secured according to safety guidelines.
3. Unload, set up, manage attractions, tear down, and return equipment to the warehouse.
4. Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.
5. Provide excellent customer service to clients and event attendees.
6. Collaborate with team members to efficiently execute event setups and takedowns.
7. Adhere to all safety and equipment handling policies and procedures.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
