Job summary

Summit Lawn and Landscape is hiring for a full-time crew member in Missouri to join a dedicated team. You will safely operate equipment across mowing, landscape maintenance, installation, and sprinkler divisions, with or without a driver’s license.

Our ideal candidate can:

• A successful candidate for a crew member position does not require a driver’s license to be considered for employment. However, if you can drive, have a license, experience, and your license is in good standing, mention it when being hired. You could be utilized as a driver with increased opportunities.
• Safely operate various types of equipment, type depending on department
  • Mowing Division: mowers, blowers, trimmers, and rakes
  • Landscape Maintenance Division: hedge trimmers, blowers, and various other handheld equipment
  • Landscape Installation Division: bed edgers, blowers, shovels, rakes, and various other handheld equipment
  • Sprinkler Division; trenchers, shovels, rakes, and various other handheld equipment
• Maintain and work on lawns, landscaping, or sprinkler systems
• Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation
• Work on designated Saturdays

In exchange for your hard work, dedicated customer service, and attention to detail, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package:

• $16-$20 per hour depending on experience and ability
• Sign on bonus of $250 after 90 days, $250.00 at 6 months, and $500.00 at 12 months. (if certain criteria are met)li>
