Job summary

Juniper is expanding its Landscape Maintenance teams and seeks Crew Members to perform on-site maintenance tasks with safety and quality. You will help create beautiful landscapes for our clients while upholding our standards.

Responsibilities include mowing, pruning, planting, sod installation, weed control, mulching, and equipment operation. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying temperatures, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weeds
• Applying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Digging trenches and holes
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
