Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams in Florida. You will perform mowing, pruning, planting, sod laying, mulching, and site cleanup to deliver beautiful landscapes for clients.

Experience in landscaping is required, and being bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. This role involves extended outdoor work in extreme temperatures and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer healthcare and retirement benefits as part of our package.

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the jobsites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weedsApplying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Digging trenches and holes
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills

• Landscaping experience required
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
