Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams in Bradenton, Florida. You’ll perform turf care, pruning, planting, sod, and post-trim cleanup on client sites, delivering safe, quality results that keep landscapes beautiful.

We value hard workers who can be outside for long periods, speak English and Spanish, and handle hand and power tools. Juniper offers health/dental/vision, 401K, and PTO, with opportunities to grow within a family of landscape brands.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight).
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weeds
• Applying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Digging trenches and holes
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
