Culver’s of Macon, GA is seeking energetic True-Blue Crew Members to deliver friendly, guest-focused service in a fast-paced setting. You will rotate through crew positions including BOH kitchen, FOH dessert, cashier and drive-thru, learning multiple tasks and serving Culver’s delicious meals.

We offer on-the-job training, flexible schedules, uniforms and meal discounts, plus growth opportunities including scholarship options after a year and potential management training.

What you’ll do:

• Depending on your skillset we offer a variety of Crew Member positions to learn and work daily
• BOH Kitchen positions entail preparing delicious ButterBurgers, hand Batter Cod Fish, and other items in a fast pasted line cook environment
• FOH Dessert position entails making Culver's delicious Frozen Custard menu items
• FOH Cashier, and Drive Thru positions entail providing excellent guest service and hospitality with a smile
• All Crew members carry out various other tasks daily, and work as a team to support great dining and meal experiences for our hungry guests

Current Availability Requirements:

• Applicants must provide availability on a least 2 out of 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) to be considered.
• If in high school, or applying for night / dinner shift, must be available to work through close, approximately 10:45pm off time.
