Job summary

Culver’s is seeking Back of House True Blue Crew Members for evening and weekend availability in Downers Grove, IL. Positions can be full-time or part-time to fit your schedule.

As a BOH crew member, you’ll move quickly in a fast-paced kitchen, working as a team to prepare ButterBurgers and other guest favorites. Details matter to ensure every meal we serve is a masterpiece, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings (4pm–11pm) and weekends.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Visible enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
• Punctual and dependable with regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support BOH operations during peak hours in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Assist with prep and assembly of ButterBurgers and other menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen station.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely service.

Specifically seeking team members with evening (4pm - 11pm) and weekend availability. Position can be either full-time or part-time.

Our back-of-house (BOH) crew members are experts at moving quickly in a fast-paced environment, working together as a team to prepare seared-to-order ButterBurgers® and other guest favorites. No bun is left unbuttered, no Cheese Curd overcooked. In our kitchen, the details matter. These are the talented people who ensure every meal we serve is a masterpiece.
