ABOUT THE POSITION

Clear Out Junk Removal is hiring a sharp, high-integrity team member who takes pride in doing hard work right the first time.

This is a Laborer-to-Crew-Lead Fast Track. You will start as a Laborer, learn our operational standards, and have a direct, clear path to promotions and pay increases as you prove your reliability and pass our skill assessments.

COMPENSATION, BONUSES & LONG-TERM GROWTH

• Starting Pay (Laborer): $18.00 / hour (W-2 employment — no cash under the table).


• Skills-Based Pay Stack: Earn permanent wage increases as you complete company sign-offs and master specific skills (e.g., Driver’s License +$0.50/hr, Trailer Backing +$0.50/hr, Estimating +$0.50/hr, Skid Steer Operation +$0.75/hr, and Team Lead Certification +$1.00/hr). After passing all skills assessments, total max pay is $23.50/hr


• Google Review Bonus: Earn a $25 bonus every single time a customer mentions your name in a positive Google review!


• Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Opportunity to earn up to $300 per quarter ($1,200/year) in discretionary performance bonuses for maintaining quality, zero property damage, and excellent customer feedback.


• Other: Uniforms and paid training provided.

PREDICTABLE SCHEDULE & WORK-LIFE BALANCE

• Hours: Approx. 16 hours/week (2 8-hour days, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).


• 15-Hour Guarantee: We guarantee a minimum of 15 hours per week if you want them.


• 2-Week Advance Scheduling (Life-Friendly): We build our schedules 2 weeks in advance around your provided availability. You get predictability so you can actually plan your life. Once the schedule is locked in 2 weeks out, shifts are set.


• Flexibility on Slow Days: On non-mandatory shop or maintenance days where field jobs aren't scheduled, you have the option to take the day off if you prefer.


• No Surprises: NO Weekends | NO Federal Holidays.

• Zero Tolerance for Lateness: Our start times are firm. Being on time means being parked, ready, and pulled up to the shop before 8:00 AM. If punctuality is difficult for you, this is not the place for you.


• Strict Policy Adherence: We hold our crew to high standards regarding safety protocols, truck inspections, and company SOPs. If you are looking for an informal, "anything goes" employer, this is not the job for you. We treat our team like professionals and expect professional behavior in return.

This is physical, demanding, and dirty work. We take pride in helping people out of tough situations, but you must be prepared for what the job entails:

• The Physicality: Constant lifting, carrying heavy furniture/appliances, loading dump trailers, and working on your feet in all weather conditions to include rain, humidity, and heat advisories.


• The Standards: Attention to detail, strict safety adherence, and elite customer service are mandatory. We do not tolerate laziness, sloppy work, or bad attitudes.

HARD REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Age & Legal: Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US on W-2.


• Driving Record: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.


• Transportation: Reliable method to get to and from our shop in King George on time every single shift.


• Language & Communication: Must speak fluent English with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.


• Physical Ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work physically demanding 8-hour shifts.

PREFERENCE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH:

• Experience backing and maneuvering trailers.


• Prior team leadership, supervisory, or military/first-responder background.


• Skid steer operation experience.
