Job summary

Little Caesars in the United States is seeking a Crew Member to join the restaurant team. You will perform duties to ensure all products are prepared to standard and customers are served with a smile.

You will follow recipes and procedures, maintain clean stations, and uphold safety and image standards while working at different stations as needed. Availability for both part-time and full-time shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable, hardworking and able to handle pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to perform the essential functions.
• Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers according to the HOT-N-READY Promise.
• Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures.
• Displays the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by the management staff.
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image.
• Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by the government agencies.
• Follows Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by management.
