Job summary

Little Caesars is hiring a Crew Member to join our restaurant team. You will contribute to fast, accurate service and prepare high quality food following Little Caesars recipes and procedures.

You will represent the brand image, maintain clean stations, and work with teammates to meet daily goals while adhering to safety and conduct policies. This role offers both part-time and full-time availability.

Qualifications

• A Little Caesars crew member must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be dependable, hardworking and handle pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to understand and follow directions and instructions.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job.
• Retail or customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers according to the HOT-N-READY promise.
• Prepares high quality products by following recipes and procedures.
• Displays proper image as outlined in company materials and by management.
• Keeps work stations clean and organized to maintain restaurant image.
• Follows safety, security, and conduct policies as outlined in the Handbook.
• Works with team and management to meet restaurant goals.
