Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Crew Member to join our restaurant team. You will work with others to prepare high quality products, serve customers, and follow our recipes, standards, and safety procedures to ensure every order meets the HOT-N-READY promise.

The role requires physical work, including lifting and standing for long periods, and you may be scheduled part-time or full-time according to business needs.

Qualifications

• A Little Caesars crew member must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be dependable, hardworking and have the ability to handle pressure situations and stress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express a positive attitude towards others.
• Must be able to understand and follow direction and instructions.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers according to the HOT-N-READY Promise.
• Prepare high quality products by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures.
• Display the proper image as outlined in the orientation and training handbook and by management staff.
• Clean and organize work stations and other areas to maintain restaurant image and standards.
• Practice safety and security procedures as defined in training materials and by government agencies.
• Follow policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in training materials and by management.
