We are looking for full time and part time qualified and responsible candidates that can manage all transactions with our customers efficiently and accurately while exemplifying the professional standards set forth by Little Caesars.

Candidates must be able to interact with our customers in a friendly, professional manner, and provide assistance if required by a customer. Excellent communication skills are paramount to help us continue to delight our customers and provide them with an outstanding dining experience. Individuals must also be able to follow instructions, be willing to learn, and be a hardworking member of our valued team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality product by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures.
• Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image.
• Practice safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars Colleague Orientation and Training Handbook and by government agencies.
• Follow Little Caesars' policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

This position requires physical work such as lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods of time on any given day. Essential job duties are defined as the fundamental activities conducted on a daily or regular basis that affect the success of the restaurant.

Team Member Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to express a positive attitude towards others.
• The ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds.
• The ability to reach and move items from as high as six feet and as low as six inches off the ground.
• The ability to communicate to customers and co-workers (i.e., reading, speaking, hearing, writing).
