The Salema Group operates Dunkin’ locations and is hiring Crew Members in Portsmouth, NH. Full-time roles start at $15.00–$16.00 per hour plus tips, with part-time options at $12.50–$14.00 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience.
• Opening Procedures: Baking products, merchandising bakery items, brewing iced coffee and teas, and opening the store.
• Beverage and Food Preparation: Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches and donuts, and serve promptly.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the store tidy and restock supplies.
• Team Collaboration: Work with crew members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
