Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Boardman is hiring part-time Crew Members to join our store team. You will assist in baking, decorating, and serving customers, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Flexibility for morning shifts and some weekend evenings is required to keep our customers happy.

As a Crew Member, you will read and follow recipes, measure ingredients, operate mixers and ovens, greet customers, take orders, stock supplies, and keep your work area clean and organized. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to operate mixers.
• Flexible to morning and some weekend evenings shifts.
• Ability to follow recipes and uphold food safety standards.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand recipes.
• Measure and combine ingredients and use mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment.
• Decorate and display finished products.
• Test ingredients and finished goods for quality and safety.
• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, take orders and process payments.
• Keep records on deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Ensure deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Clean and restock workstation and sanitize equipment.
• Must be 18 to operate the mixers.

Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for part time crew members to join their team at our Crumbl Boardman location! MUST BE AVAILABLE for MORNING AND SOME EVENING SHIFTS ON THE WEEKENDS. As a franchisee of the rapidly expanding Crumbl Cookies phenomenon.At our stores we work hard, have fun and are driven by results. Skilled, creative Crew Members strive to provide excellent baked items and service in an efficient, professional manner. The Crew Member will execute and understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use icing, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers.

The Crew Member will also greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.

To be a successful Crew Member, an individual should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. They should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Available Shift Times

• 7:00am to 1:00pm Mon-Sat

Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
• Must be 18 to operate the mixers
