Job summary

Weber Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Team Member for our Taco Bell locations in Oregon. You will help with food preparation, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced setting, supporting daily tasks like inventory and opening/closing procedures.

We welcome applicants 16+ with or without prior experience. Flexible FULL TIME and PART TIME schedules are available, and a positive attitude is valued to help maintain high guest standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to provide proof of age and a work permit if required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment, depending on state or local requirements).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and cleanliness according to sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to meet order demands, assist with inventory and opening/closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service in dining room, drive-thru, and cashier roles and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
