Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group in Locust, NC is seeking a friendly Crew Member to join our Burger King restaurant. You’ll greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and help ensure quick, accurate service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, smile, and answer questions.
• Input orders into POS accurately, including modifications.
• Process payments and provide correct change.
• Suggest add-ons based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve complaints respectfully and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble and package food orders per specs.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and handle daily cash procedures.
