Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments and respond to issues.
• Operate cash register/POS and upsell where appropriate.
• Verify order accuracy before serving.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean and maintain kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Stock inventory as needed and maintain health and safety standards.
• Rotate through multiple workstations (front counter, drive-thru, prep, expediter).
• Attend shifts reliably and adhere to uniform/grooming policies.
• Address customer needs courteously and professionally.
