Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Niceville, FL is looking for an entry-level crew member to help provide fast, friendly service in a clean, safe environment. You will assemble orders, handle cash, and keep dining areas stocked and neat.

No experience required; must be 16 or older and able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work variable shifts. Training is provided and you will join a team that values dependable, communicative, and collaborative coworkers.

Qualifications

• Some high school may be required.
• No experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age and have documents/permitting to work as per state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area.
• Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.).
• Stocks, portions, and serves beverages.
• Operates cash register according to cash operations policies.
• Takes orders from customers, via in-person and intercom, provides quality service.
• Preps store for opening.
• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units).
