Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking entry-level crew members to support daily operations in a fast-paced customer-facing environment in Destin, Florida. Responsibilities include taking and preparing orders, handling cash, and maintaining cleanliness across dining areas.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicate well, and able to work in a team. Training will cover food prep, safety, and service standards. Must be at least 16 and able to comply with state work permits.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Knowledge of computers or cash register systems helpful.
• High traffic/volume customer interface.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders accurately within stated time goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area.
• Prepare, portion, and serve hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.).
• Stock, portion, and serve beverages.
• Operate cash register according to cash operations policies.
• Take orders from customers, personally and from intercom system, interfaces with customers and provides quality service.
• Preps store for opening.
• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units).
