Job summary

Enviroscapes in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Landscaping Crew Member to join our outdoors-focused team. You’ll mow, prune, plant, mulch, and help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces while delivering friendly service to customers.

No prior landscaping required, but outdoor work and a positive work ethic are valued. This role offers seasonal hours, safety training, and a supportive crew in a non-smoking, drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Outdoor experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift heavy objects.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable team player with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, trim, and edge borders.
• Prune shrubs and low trees.
• Plant and maintain flower beds.
• Mulch, weed, and maintain gardens.
• Remove leaves, trash, and other debris.
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and guests.
• Work safely and as part of a team.

Landscaping Crew Member

Starting Pay: $18.10/hour

What You’ll Do

• Mow lawns, trim, and edge borders
• Prune shrubs and low trees

Work Conditions

Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate insnow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
