Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Team Member to contribute to exceptional Omotenashi in a fast-paced restaurant setting in California. The role focuses on accurate food preparation, timely service, and maintaining high hygiene standards while promoting guest satisfaction.

Applicants must be able to work at least three shifts weekly, speak clearly with guests, and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation and positive guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 shifts a week minimum

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes such as prepping, cooking, mixing dough, and safe knife handling.
• Complete hot and cold food preparation assignments accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion.
• Prepare food throughout the day as needed to meet demand.
• Maintain appropriate portion control and monitor food levels on the line.
• Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food.
• Provide excellent Omotenashi and guest interaction.
• Abide by policy/procedure and cross-train in all kitchen areas.
