Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a team member to uphold Omotenashi in a busy kitchen and dining area. You will follow recipes, prep hot and cold foods, and ensure safe handling and sanitation while maintaining clean work stations.

You must work at least three shifts weekly, communicate clearly with guests and staff, and contribute to a positive, efficient dining experience through strong teamwork and prompt service.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes accurately and complete hot and cold food preparation.
• Prepare food throughout the day as needed to meet business volume.
• Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels on the line.
• Maintain food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Provide outstanding Omotenashi and guest interaction.
• Be cross-trained in all kitchen areas and line operations.
