Wendy's franchisee in Shreveport, LA is seeking team members to assemble orders, maintain a clean dining area, and provide excellent customer service. You will handle food prep, beverage service, and operate the cash register in a high-traffic setting.

No prior experience required; some high school education is acceptable. The role involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, with shifts that may vary.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Physical/Working Conditions

• High traffic/volume customer interface
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to lift 5 to 6 pounds and hold stationary for up to 5 seconds with both hands
• Must be able to hear food orders via head phones or intercom system
• Must be able to work at a 3’ hamburger grilling station
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Must be able to reach up to 55” high and 4’ deep
• Must be able to work variable shifts if needed
