Job summary

Carlisle Corporation is seeking crew members for a Wendy’s franchise in Mereaux, LA. You’ll welcome customers, take orders, prepare basic foods, and help maintain a clean dining environment. This entry-level role requires initiative, reliability, and good communication.

You will work with a team to ensure timely service, handle cash transactions, and assist with opening/closing duties as needed. No previous experience required; high school not mandatory, age 16+.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required to work by state and federal law.
• Knowledge of computers and/or cash register systems helpful.

Physical/Working Conditions

• High traffic/volume customer interface
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to lift 5 to 6 pounds and hold stationary for up to 5 seconds with both hands
• Must be able to hear food orders via head phones or intercom system
• Must be able to work at a 3’ hamburger grilling station
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Must be able to reach up to 55” high and 4’ deep
• Must be able to work variable shifts if needed
