Job summary

Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy’s franchisee, is hiring crew members to deliver fast, friendly service in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities: assemble orders on time, keep dining room clean, operate the cash register, take orders, prep food, stock beverages, and assist with opening/closing duties.

Qualifications: no experience required; must be at least 16; basic computer/cash-register knowledge helpful; strong communication, teamwork and dependability are valued.

Physical/Working Conditions

• High traffic/volume customer interface
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to lift 5 to 6 pounds and hold stationary for up to 5 seconds with both hands
• Must be able to hear food orders via head phones or intercom system
• Must be able to work at a 3’ hamburger grilling station
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Must be able to reach up to 55” high and 4’ deep
• Must be able to work variable shifts if needed
