Job summary

Bluemont Group, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Crew Member in Knoxville, TN. You’ll craft iced coffee, espresso drinks and breakfast sandwiches for customers on their way to work, and you’ll help keep the donut case stocked and the store running smoothly.

Shifts are early and vary by location, with part-time and full-time options. Team members enjoy weekly pay, paid vacation, a 401(k) plan with matching, free coffee and meals while on shift, and paid training starting your first shift.

Responsibilities

• Take orders on the drive-thru headset and at the front counter.
• Build hot and iced coffee, cold brew and espresso drinks to Dunkin’ recipe.
• Heat and wrap breakfast sandwiches, wraps and sides.
• Keep the donut and bakery case stocked and looking good.
• Ring up guests on the POS and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the counter, lobby and drive-thru window clean, even during the rush.
• Help open or close the store: brew, stock, clean and set up the next shift.
• Follow food safety and brand standards on every order.

Bluemont Group is a local Dunkin’ franchisee, not corporate, so you’ll actually know the people

running the company. As a Dunkin’ Crew Member, you’ll make iced coffee, espresso drinks and

breakfast sandwiches for people on their way to work and school. It’s fast, it’s friendly, and the

morning rush is the main event. Great as a first job, a part-time job after school, or a fresh start.

What you’ll do

• Take orders on the drive-thru headset and at the front counter
