Bluemont Group is hiring a Crew Member at our Dunkin’ restaurant in Alcoa, TN. You’ll make drinks, assemble breakfast items and serve customers on a fast-paced, friendly team.

Part-time and full-time schedules are available. Expect early mornings with shifts starting as early as 4 a.m. and ending by 11 p.m., with competitive benefits and paid training on the clock.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable talking to guests and offering friendly service.
• Willingness to learn Dunkin’ recipes and brand standards.
• Able to stand, move, lift and carry supplies for a full shift.

Responsabilités

• Take orders at the drive-thru and front counter.
• Prepare hot and iced coffee, cold brew and espresso drinks per Dunkin’ recipes.
• Heat and wrap breakfast sandwiches and sides.
• Restock donuts and bakery case and keep display clean.
• Ring up guests on the POS and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain a clean counter, lobby and drive-thru area during busy periods.

Bluemont Group is a local Dunkin’ franchisee, not corporate, so you’ll actually know the people

running the company. As a Dunkin’ Crew Member, you’ll make iced coffee, espresso drinks and

breakfast sandwiches for people on their way to work and school. It’s fast, it’s friendly, and the

morning rush is the main event. Great as a first job, a part-time job after school, or a fresh start.

What you’ll do

• Take orders on the drive-thru headset and at the front counter
• Build hot and iced coffee, cold brew and espresso drinks to Dunkin’ recipe
• Heat and wrap breakfast sandwiches, wraps and sides
• Keep the donut and bakery case stocked and looking good
• Ring up guests on the POS and handle cash accurately
• Keep the counter, lobby and drive-thru window clean, even during the rush
• Help open or close the store: brew, stock, clean and set up the next shift
• Follow food safety and brand standards on every order
• Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location
• and day.
