Job summary

Bluemont Group, a Dunkin’ Franchisee, is hiring a Crew Member in Jefferson City. You will prepare coffee and breakfast items, take orders, ring up guests, and help keep the store clean during busy times.

Open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. with both part-time and full-time schedules. Experience not required; training is provided and coffee and meals are available on shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with guests on the drive-thru and in person
• Capable of standing, bending, and lifting for a full shift
• Willingness to learn Dunkin’ recipes and brand standards

Responsibilities

• Take orders at the drive-thru and front counter
• Prepare hot and iced coffee, espresso drinks, and breakfast sandwiches per Dunkin’ recipes
• Heat and wrap breakfast items and sides
• Stock and display donuts and bakery items
• Ring up guests on the POS and handle cash accurately
• Keep the counter, lobby, and drive-thru area clean during rushes
• Assist with opening or closing tasks: brew, stock, clean, and prep for the next shift
• Follow food safety and brand standards on every order
• Work hours include early mornings and evenings; schedules vary by location
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available

Bluemont Group is a local Dunkin’ franchisee, not corporate, so you’ll actually know the people running the company. As a Dunkin’ Crew Member, you’ll make iced coffee, espresso drinks and breakfast sandwiches for people on their way to work and school. It’s fast, it’s friendly, and the morning rush is the main event. Great as a first job, a part-time job after school, or a fresh start.

What you’ll do

• Take orders on the drive-thru headset and at the front counter
• Build hot and iced coffee, cold brew and espresso drinks to Dunkin’ recipe
• Heat and wrap breakfast sandwiches, wraps and sides
• Keep the donut and bakery case stocked and looking good
• Ring up guests on the POS and handle cash accurately
• Keep the counter, lobby and drive-thru window clean, even during the rush
• Help open or close the store: brew, stock, clean and set up the next shift
• Follow food safety and brand standards on every order
• Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location
• and day.
