Bluemont Group operates Dunkin’ restaurants and is hiring a Crew Member in Knoxville, TN. You will make beverages, breakfast items and manage orders for guests on the go, with fast-paced mornings and evenings.

Early mornings and weekend shifts are common; part-time or full-time schedules are available. You’ll work with a supportive team in a local Dunkin’ franchise environment.

Responsibilities

• Take orders at drive-thru and front counter.

• Ring up guests on the POS and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness during rush and open/close duties.

Bluemont Group is a local Dunkin’ franchisee, not corporate, so you’ll actually know the people

running the company. As a Dunkin’ Crew Member, you’ll make iced coffee, espresso drinks and

breakfast sandwiches for people on their way to work and school. It’s fast, it’s friendly, and the

morning rush is the main event. Great as a first job, a part-time job after school, or a fresh start.

What you’ll do

• Take orders on the drive-thru headset and at the front counter
• Build hot and iced coffee, cold brew and espresso drinks to Dunkin’ recipe
• Heat and wrap breakfast sandwiches, wraps and sides
• Keep the donut and bakery case stocked and looking good
• Ring up guests on the POS and handle cash accurately
• Keep the counter, lobby and drive-thru window clean, even during the rush
• Help open or close the store: brew, stock, clean and set up the next shift
• Follow food safety and brand standards on every order
• Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location
• and day.
• Part-time and full-time schedules available
• Early mornings and weekends are our busiest times
