Job summary

SERVE Hospitality Group is hiring Crew Members for its Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations in Wisconsin. You will prepare food and smoothies, deliver fast, friendly service, and ensure quality and safety. Training is provided and advancement is possible in a supportive, fast-paced setting.

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Legally authorized to work under State and Federal guidelines; minimum age 14 (work permit may be required).

• Assist guests with payments using the POS system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food and smoothie items following established recipes
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest
• Ensure correct portioning and proper temperature standards
• Share knowledge of ingredients, menu items, and pricing with guests
• Use the POS system accurately and assist guests with payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
• Support opening, closing, and shift transition procedures.
• Communicate guest concerns or issues promptly to management.
