Job summary

SERVE Hospitality Group is hiring upbeat Crew Members for its Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations in New Berlin, Wisconsin. You will prepare food and smoothie items following recipes, provide fast, friendly service, and help maintain a clean, safe store.

No experience needed— full training provided. Competitive hourly pay of 9 to 13 USD per hour plus tips, with flexible scheduling, evenings and weekends, and a benefits package for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Legal authorization to work in the state with minimum age 14 (permits may apply).
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and smoothie items following established recipes.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest.
• Ensure correct portioning and proper temperature standards.
• Share knowledge of ingredients, menu items, and pricing with guests.
• Use the POS system accurately and assist guests with payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
• Support opening, closing, and shift transition procedures.
• Communicate guest concerns or issues promptly to management.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment.
