Job summary

LandGraphics Landscape & Arborcare Management, Inc. seeks a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape tasks on commercial properties.

This role includes mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and general clean-up, with no prior experience required as training will be provided. Responsibilities include maintaining clean, safe work areas, operating hand tools and power equipment, loading/unloading gear, and reporting issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexible availability for schedules including 4/10 shifts, Mon–Fri 8–5, and occasional weekends.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Preferred Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation
• Landscaping experience helpful but not required
• Valid driver’s license a plus, not required
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful
• Flexible availability for various schedules, including 4/10 shifts, Monday–Friday 8–5, or occasional weekends
