Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks an energetic team member to contribute to our dining service with a focus on Japanese hospitality. You will follow recipes, prepare hot and cold dishes, and support timely kitchen operations to ensure a memorable guest experience.

The role emphasizes high standards of hygiene, safety, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule including a minimum of three shifts weekly in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes such as prepping, cooking, mixing dough, and safe knife handling.
• Prepare hot and cold food preparation assignments accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion.
• Maintain appropriate portion control and consistently monitor food levels on the line when preparing and cooking food.
• Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food.
• Provide outstanding Omotenashi and guest interaction.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast environment with a 3 shifts per week minimum.
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees and work as a team.

Responsibilities
