Job summary

Pacific Landscape Management LLC is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties. This role involves mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and general clean-up. No experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities include operating tools, maintaining safe work areas, and reporting issues to the supervisor. Bring reliable transportation and be prepared for outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required to commute to sites.
• Landscaping experience is helpful but not required; training provided.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is helpful but not required.
• Flexible availability for various shifts, including 4/10 schedules and some weekends.
