Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Crew Member to join our team as a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) who delivers outstanding customer service, takes pride in vehicles, and helps ensure every customer experience is exceptional. You'll work with a great team, keep the location clean and safe, wear the brand values, and enjoy benefits like PTO from day one, affordable medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) matching while growing with a nationally leading company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.
• Work with an amazing team to ensure customer vehicles are clean, inside and out.
• Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.
