Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to join our team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist in keeping customer vehicles clean inside and out, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient location operation.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate reliability, and enjoy active outdoor work in varying temperatures. This role requires standing for long periods and light lifting as part of daily duties.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.
• Work with an amazing team to ensure customer vehicles are clean, inside and out.
• Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
