Job description

At Icing on the Cupcake, our concept is simple: Bake it fresh, serve it fresh and with lots of smiles. We bake from scratch, using old-school family recipes, with simple ingredients. We have a fun, friendly, fast-paced work environment.

Our team members must be extremely knowledgeable about our extensive list of products and services. They must be friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, and willing to be part of a fun team of hard-working cupcake lovers! Crew members will work shifts ranging from 4-6 hours between 9:00 am and 7:30 pm. Crew members are expected to show up ready to work in a presentable and hygienic manner and always in uniform. Our company is known for providing excellent customer service, and our team members must be able to consistently provide only the best service for our guests.
