Position Overview:

V3 Electric is seeking hardworking and dependable Trench Crew Members to support the installation of underground electrical conduit systems. This hands-on role involves trenching, stucco repair, and equipment wall construction, requiring physical stamina, precision, and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in construction, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety on every job site.

Responsibilities:

• Dig and prepare trenches for electrical conduit and other utilities.
• Assist in installing conduits, cables, and related materials.
• Operate hand tools and equipment (shovels, trenchers, mini excavators).
• Ensure trenches meet project specifications (depth, width, slope).
• Backfill and compact trenches after conduit installation.
• Fix stucco and build equipment walls as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and other labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles preferred.
• Must have experience fixing stucco, building equipment walls, and trenching.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and a commitment to safety standards.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements and be eligible to drive for this position.

Schedule: M-F, Starting as early as 6:00am. Saturdays as needed.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, and operating hand tools for extended periods (Up to 50-100 Lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and willingness to adhere to company safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Schedule:

• M-F, Weekends as needed - 6 AM Start Time
