Job summary

Cape Cod Halifax LLC is seeking a reliable Crew Member to join our food service team. You will help maintain a clean, organized workspace, assist in food preparation, and greet customers while taking orders through the POS system.

The ideal candidate works well in a team, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn. Allergen awareness and a Food Handler Certification are required before start date and will be covered at a cost by the candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is a plus.
• Must follow safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Prepare food items according to company standards.
• Greet customers (in person or on phone) enter orders via POS system
• Answer customer inquiries regarding the menu, special promotions, and allergen information.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
