Wingstop Ann Arbor is seeking enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring food preparation and safety standards are met and work in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities include preparing items per recipes, operating Aloha and Micros POS, greeting customers, upselling, maintaining cleanliness, cash handling, and supporting during peak hours.

Duties

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or a quick-service/fast-food restaurant is preferred.
• Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is beneficial.
