Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is looking for an energetic Pizza Insider to be the face of our kitchen and first contact for guests. You’ll craft pizzas, take in-person and phone orders, and keep the lobby and prep areas clean and organized.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and flexibility for nights and weekends. Competitive pay with tips and growth opportunities into lead roles are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Energetic and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Able to take orders and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Create quality food by following Marco’s high standards for pizzas, subs, salads, and sides.
• Provide top-tier service by taking orders in person or by phone and handling POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and lobby.
• Collaborate with team members and delivery drivers to ensure accurate and on-time orders.

What You’ll Do

• Create Quality Food: Prepare our signature pizzas, subs, salads, and sides following Marco’s high standards for quality and speed.
• Provide Top-Tier Service: Take phone and in-person orders with a friendly attitude and handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
• Maintain Excellence: Keep the kitchen, prep areas, and lobby clean, organized, and stocked.
• Work as a Team: Support your fellow team members and delivery drivers to ensure every order is accurate and on time.
