Serve Hospitality Group is seeking upbeat Crew Members for fast-paced Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations in Mundelein, IL. You will prepare smoothies and food following recipes, provide fast, friendly service, and maintain food safety standards.

No experience required—full training is provided. The role offers $13–$15 per hour plus tips, flexible scheduling, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for growth.
