Job summary

Carlisle Corporation's Wendy's franchise in Monroe, LA is seeking crew members to assemble orders, serve hot foods, and maintain a clean dining area in a fast-paced setting.

No experience is required and applicants must be at least 16 years old. Training will be provided; lifting up to 50 pounds may be required; shifts may vary to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assembles food orders within stated time goals.

• Stocks, portions, and serves beverages.
• Operates cash register according to cash operations policies.
• Takes orders from customers, personally and from intercom system, interfaces with customers and provides quality service.
• Preps store for opening.
• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units).

• Ensures all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
• Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area

Physical/Working Conditions

• High traffic/volume customer interface
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to lift 5 to 6 pounds and hold stationary for up to 5 seconds with both hands
• Must be able to hear food orders via head phones or intercom system
• Must be able to work at a 3' hamburger grilling station
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Must be able to reach up to 55" high and 4' deep
• Must be able to work variable shifts if needed
