Job summary

Wendy's is seeking enthusiastic crew members to join a leading Wendy's franchisee operation. You will assemble orders on time, maintain a clean dining area, operate a cash register, and deliver high-quality service to customers.

No experience is required, but good communication and teamwork are essential, and you must be at least 16 with proper permits. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, handling food prep, stocking beverages, and assisting with opening and closing

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers and/or cash register systems helpful.
• Good communications skills and teamwork expected.
• Dependable and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old with proper work permits.

Responsibilities

Minden, LA Statement of Purpose: Provides quality food products and services to all customers in a clean and safe environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
• Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area
• Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.)
• Stocks, portions, and serves beverages
• Operates cash register according to cash operations policies
• Takes orders from customers, personally and from intercom system, interfaces with customers and provides quality service
• Preps store for opening
• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units)
